These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 6sixe ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 6sixe website, mobile platform, games, sports betting markets, and all related services offered at https://6sixe.pro. These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference herein.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on 6sixe, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 6sixe platform. 6sixe reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of the 6sixe platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By accessing the platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 6sixe applies a minimum age of 21 for all players in Bangladesh, regardless of the age of majority under local law. We do not knowingly accept registrations from individuals under 21 years of age.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You have not been previously excluded from the 6sixe platform or any related platform operated by the same entity, and you are not subject to any self-exclusion order currently in effect.
• You understand that 6sixe involves gambling and that the financial risk of losses is real. You are not using funds that are required for essential living expenses, debts, or obligations owed to third parties.

6sixe reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence when requested may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending verification. Where 6sixe discovers that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria above, 6sixe may void all bets placed by that player and return deposits at its sole discretion.

To access 6sixe's paid services, including real-money games and sports betting, you must register an account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

• Each natural person is permitted to hold one 6sixe account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, 6sixe may consolidate balances into one account or suspend all associated accounts at its discretion.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number. 6sixe uses your registered mobile number as your primary account identifier and for OTP-based authentication.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. 6sixe will never ask you for your password by phone, email, or chat.
• Account credentials may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in the immediate suspension of the account and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
• 6sixe may require identity verification (KYC) at any point during your account lifecycle, including before processing withdrawal requests. KYC documentation may include a copy of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification accepted by 6sixe.

6sixe does not accept registrations from players acting on behalf of a business, partnership, or corporate entity. All accounts must be held in the name of a natural person for their own personal use. Corporate or institutional players are not permitted on the 6sixe platform.

All financial transactions on 6sixe are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. 6sixe does not charge a fee on standard deposits, however your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit on the account, as a security measure to prevent money laundering. If your deposit wallet has changed, contact 6sixe support before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours — Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM — are typically processed within 30 minutes. Requests submitted outside these hours are processed on the next available business day.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification (KYC) checks before processing. 6sixe reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request exceeding ৳50,000 or where unusual transaction patterns are identified.
• Funds deposited to 6sixe must be used for legitimate gambling activity only. Depositing funds without the intention of gambling, for the purpose of using 6sixe as a payment processor or money transfer service, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

6sixe does not provide credit facilities. You may only wager funds that are currently present in your account balance. Negative balances resulting from technical errors will be corrected by 6sixe and do not constitute credit extended to the player. All game results are final once settled; disputes regarding settled results must be raised within 48 hours of settlement by contacting support at [email protected].

6sixe offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a bonus of ৳1,000, you must place total bets of ৳30,000 using eligible games before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash without first meeting the applicable wagering requirement. Bonuses expire 7 days from the date of issue unless a different expiry period is stated in the specific bonus offer.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. A player who has previously held a 6sixe account under a different mobile number or identity is not eligible for a new welcome bonus.
• 6sixe reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. If a bonus is withdrawn after it has been credited but before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus amount and any associated winnings will be removed from your account balance.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting bonus terms, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or using automated software to manipulate promotional outcomes — is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and possible account suspension.

Free spins awarded as part of a promotional offer are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the specific promotion. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds, not as withdrawable cash, until the applicable rollover has been completed. The maximum withdrawal from free spin winnings may be capped as stated in the individual promotion terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6sixe platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balance forfeited, and any outstanding winnings voided:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games, place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the platform in any way that is not through normal manual use by the registered account holder.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to influence game outcomes, exploit the platform's systems, or gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the 6sixe platform. 6sixe maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities where required.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical glitches in a way that provides an unintended financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a platform error will be voided. Players are expected to report errors to [email protected] immediately upon discovery.
• Registering using false identity information, impersonating another person, or otherwise providing misleading information during account registration or at any subsequent point.

6sixe reserves the right to determine, at its sole and absolute discretion, whether conduct constitutes a violation of these prohibited conduct provisions. Decisions made under this clause are final. 6sixe is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The following tools and policies are in place to support players who may be at risk:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the higher limit becomes active.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a temporary self-exclusion for a period of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months, or a permanent self-exclusion with no end date. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality checks: 6sixe may display session time reminders to players who have been active on the platform for extended periods. Players are encouraged to set their own session time limits within account settings.

The 6sixe name and logo are registered trademarks of the platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks in connection with any product or service in a manner likely to cause confusion, or which disparages or discredits 6sixe, is strictly prohibited. Third-party game content displayed on the platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game studio or provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6sixe's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• 6sixe accepts no liability for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
• 6sixe does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service outages. 6sixe will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance in advance via the platform or support channels.
• Where 6sixe is found liable for direct damages arising from a proven breach of these Terms, 6sixe's maximum total liability to you shall not exceed the total deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6sixe may suspend or terminate a player account under the following circumstances:

• Where the player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct provisions in Clause 5.
• Where the player fails to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification or identity verification requests made under Clause 1 or Clause 2.
• Where 6sixe is required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or direction from a relevant authority.
• Where the player submits a voluntary self-exclusion request under Clause 6, or where 6sixe determines that the player's continued access to the platform is inconsistent with responsible gaming obligations.

Upon account termination for any reason other than a voluntary self-exclusion, 6sixe will return the available real-money account balance (excluding bonus funds) to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable period, provided that the account has passed all applicable KYC verification requirements. Accounts terminated due to fraud, money laundering suspicion, or material breach of these Terms may have their balances withheld pending investigation.

6sixe collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at https://6sixe.pro/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 6sixe uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections to protect data in transit. Your continued use of the 6sixe platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the digital economy. 6sixe operates as a digital platform accessible to users in Bangladesh and endeavours to comply with applicable digital commerce standards in serving its player base.

In the event of a dispute between you and 6sixe arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation via the customer support channel at [email protected]. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of first written notice, either party may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanism applicable to digital commerce in the relevant jurisdiction. 6sixe's decisions on matters within its sole discretion, as stated in these Terms, are final and not subject to external review.
